A PEEK AT THE LAST WEEK
We finished our fire safety unit last week. The children know a lot about this topic and are eager to share their knowledge with you. Soon you will be seeing a book that we made about this topic. We ended this unit with a visit to the Parkers Prairie Fire Department on Friday. The fire fighters shared their knowledge of fire safety rules with us. The children loved seeing the fire trucks and equipment. Thank you fire fighters, for allowing us to visit us. We appreciate it so much!

• Just a reminder, book orders are due on October 15th.
• MEA is scheduled for Thursday and Friday, October 20 and 21.


NEXT ON THE AGENDA
I hope you have time to enjoy the beautiful fall days. Pumpkins, leaves, apples, harvest time and our beautiful fall weather are topics we will be discussing in the next few weeks, as we learn about this beautiful season.

FALL PARTY
We will be having a fall party on October 31. If you would like to send treats for the day that would be great! We have 16 children in our class. Please remember, if you send candy, it should be store bought and individually wrapped pieces.
